We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy.Eliyas Label reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet the above criteria. If we receive damaged items or past due returns, we will contact you and hold item(s) for 48 hours only. You may provide a pre-paid shipping label within that time frame and we will ship it back to you. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. Please allow 7 business days from when we receive your package for your return to be processed. Once processed, we will email you a confirmation. Please note, we do not refund original shipping costs.
